Patient Representative

Our Patient Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors and Oak Valley Hospital personnel.  Our representative gladly accepts compliments for staff and coordinates, investigates and resolves consumer grievances concerning the quality of care and services by providing a formal grievance mechanism. 

Our representative also serves as a source of information concerning patients' rights and responsibilities, advance directives and ethical issues.  Our representative promotes confidentiality, respect and dignity for all patients and refers consumers to appropriate services.
