AARP Driver Safety Program (formerly known as 55 Alive). An 8-hour course to refine driving skills and enhance understanding of age-related changes that can affect skills and abilities.
Los ABCs de la Diabetes. Diabetes education series in Spanish
Safe Sitter. A medically oriented instructional series that teaches youngsters hands on practice in life saving techniques and how to handle emergencies.
Look Good . . . Feel Better®. Class for women who are actively undergoing cancer treatment and whose appearance has suffered as a result of radiation and chemotherapy.
Living Well With Diabetes. Among the topics to be covered are nutrition and healthy eating, treatments, blood glucose monitoring, medications, acute and chronic complications, and coping with a chronic illness.
