Breastfeeding.  Instructs pregnant women in breastfeeding to help ensure a successful, enjoyable experience.

Childbirth Preparation.  Class prepares the woman and her coach for their childbirth experience, giving them tools to decrease discomfort and enhance their experience. Classes offered in both English and Spanish.

SEATS (So Everyone All Travels Safely).  Class teaches safe installation of carseats using the "Keep Baby Safe" program.  Class includes a brief overview of infant CPR and home safety.

Stork tour.  Tour acquaint participants with Oak Valley Hospital and our Family Centered Maternity Care Department.  Both English and Spanish sessions are offered.
