Oak Valley Hospital District provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services. The department includes two operating rooms, providing a wide range of surgical procedures. The Post-Anesthesia Care Unit includes two beds to care for patients immediately following surgery. The Ambulatory Care Unit of the Surgical Services Department prepares patients scheduled for outpatient surgical procedures and those being admitted to the hospital for surgery. This unit's staff also assists in the admission process for patients scheduled for outpatient diagnostic procedures such as Endoscopy in the GI Lab. The staff members of the Surgical Services Department are highly trained and utilize state-of-the-art equipment.

We offer these outpatient surgery procedures in the Same Day Surgery Unit for our patient's convenience.
